Our classes are offered weekly and require no commitment to any specific day or time. We offer a variety of classes you can mix and match according to your schedule, personal fitness and pole dance goals.

Program Progression Disclaimer:  We believe that your pole dance journey is unique to YOU and that you should progress as you please. There are no general recommendations on how many classes you should take of any particular level to progress to the next, as some students may require and/or prefer more or less time in a particular class. However, your safety and overall class experience is our #1 priority, and we highly discourage premature progression. Please read all class descriptions and be confident you’re comfortable with the noted moves prior to progressing into upper level classes. If you have NO pole dance experience, please start with our Pole Dance 1 classes or any other class that indicates that no experience is required in the description.
