Our classes are offered weekly and require no commitment to any specific day or time. We offer a variety of classes you can mix and match according to your schedule, personal fitness and pole dance goals.  

Program Progression Disclaimer:  We believe that your pole dance journey is unique to YOU and that you should progress as you please. There are no general recommendations on how many classes you should take of any particular level to progress to the next, as some students may require and/or prefer more or less time in a particular class. However, your safety and overall class experience is our #1 priority, and we highly discourage premature progression. Please read all class descriptions and be confident you’re comfortable with the noted moves prior to progressing into upper level classes. If you have NO pole dance experience, please start with our Pole Dance 1 classes or any other class that indicates that no experience is required in the description.

Pole DAnce CLASSes

Pole Dance 1

This class is for beginners and those that want to build a solid foundation as a well rounded pole dancer. You’ll learn a sequence of beginner fillers, floorwork, spins and poses. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap. Leg warmers or knee pads are recommended for floorwork. No experience required.

 

Pole Dance 2

This class is for the experienced beginner interested in taking their pole dance journey to the next level. You’ll learn a sequence of more complex advanced beginner fillers, floorwork, spins, spin combos, climbs, descends from a climb and pole poses. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap. Leg warmers or knee pads recommended for floorwork.

Want to take this class? You should be able to do the following (on both sides) before registering:

  • Fireman, Reverse Diamond (back hook) and Princess (front hook) spins

  • Step Around (with one arm)

  • Basic Pole Turns

  • Pole Sit
 

Pole Dance 3

This class is for the avid pole dancer that welcomes a challenge and relishes in an opportunity to free dance. You’ll learn isolated intermediate to advanced aerial poses, inversions, spins and climbing variations. Some moves are modified up or down based on skill level, but appropriate experience is required. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for three weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top or sports bra, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap.

Want to take this class? You should be MUST able to do the following (on both sides) before registering:

  • Basic and Kicking climb to top of the pole

  • Wrist Sit

  • Pole Ups and Tucks

  • Pole Sit and Plank from a Climb

  • Fan Kick

  • Shoulder Stand and Shoulder Roll variations

  • Chair, Cradle, Juliet and Carousel spins

 

Bottoms Up!

In this high energy class you’ll learn a beginner level sequence of naughty fillers, dirty floorwork and basic spins complemented by lots of booty poppin’ and shakin’. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap. Leg warmers or knee pads recommended for floorwork. Music with very explicit lyrics will be played in this class. No experience required.

 

Exotic Flow

This class focuses on fluid, sexy, creative and slinky movement through unique combinations of floor work, spins and transitions. This class is considered multi-level and moves may be modified up or down based on experience. No experience required. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear a tank top, leggings and exotic dance heels with an ankle strap. Knee pads or leg warmers highly recommended for floor work.

 

Pole Conditioning

This class is great for both beginners and current students. With consistent attendance, you’ll build and maintain your strength, stamina and body awareness through practical conditioning exercises both on and off the pole. Between the party lights, high energy and great music you’ll forget you’re working out! Wear shorts, a tank top or sports bra and bare feet. No experience required.

Spin Pole  1

In this class you’ll learn creative ways to flow in and out of pole dance 1 moves on a spinning pole. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top or sports bra, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap. No experience required.

 

Spin Pole  2/3

In this class you’ll learn pole dance 2 & 3 moves on a spinning pole including aerial poses, inversions and unique combinations. This class is considered multi-level and moves may be modified up or down based on experience, but not recommended for those new to spin pole. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for two weeks. Wear form-fitting shorts, a tank top or sports bra, bare feet or exotic dance heels with an ankle strap.

Pole Silks

In this class you'll learn the basics of Pole Silks, which combines the sexiness of spinning pole and the beautiful artistic movement of aerial silks. Please wear leggings, a t-shirt (covered armpits) and bare feet. Class content may be different each visit or repeated for three weeks. No experience required, but recommend student is proficient in pole dance 1 moves.

Russian Flow

Learn to take your flow to the next level with whipping kicks, controlled spins, dynamic splits, low flow tricks and quick drops. This class is considered multi-level and moves may be modified up or down based on experience, but not recommended for those new to pole. Wear leggings, a tank top, and exotic dance heels with ankle straps. Knee pads, long socks, or leg warmers are highly recommended.

Buti Yoga

This class is a full body high energy workout that blends power yoga, tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal toning. Rather than using linear motions, this workout focuses on spiraling the body so all parts of the muscle are engaged. We’ll move to the beat of the music and leave class feeling energized, sexy and empowered. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and bottled water. No experience required; all levels welcome.
